SIZING
This coat model is rather fitted. Remember that in winter, you put on additional layers of clothing under your coat. If it is between or closer to the upper limit, choose a larger size. If your size is not listed (XL and XXL are available on as "CUSTOM-MADE option
WOOL COAT
This garment is crafted from 100% wool and finished with a 100% viscose lining. Wool is a natural fabric valued for its warmth, breathability and lasting durability. Its fibres are naturally resilient and help the garment retain its shape. Wool is also naturally resistant to odours and does not need to be cleaned after every wear. In many cases, allowing the coat to air naturally is enough to refresh it and extend the time between professional cleanings.
CARE
- Professional dry cleaning only.
- Choose a professional cleaner experienced in caring for wool garments.
- Do not wash, soak, bleach or tumble dry.
- Allow the coat to air naturally between wears, away from direct sunlight.
- Gently remove surface dust using a soft garment brush, brushing in the direction of the fabric.
- Do not rub stains.
- Gently blot any excess moisture and consult a professional cleaner.
- If the coat becomes wet, allow it to dry naturally at room temperature, away from radiators and other sources of heat.
- Store on a strong, shaped or padded hanger to help preserve the shoulders and silhouette.
- Steam gently or press at a low temperature using the wool setting and a pressing cloth.
- Clean the garment before long-term storage and keep it in a breathable garment bag.
- Always follow the care instructions attached to your garment.
DELIVERY
Every BEDRA piece is carefully made after your order is placed and dispatched from our atelier in Poland.
Standard made-to-order garments are usually prepared and dispatched within 4 to 10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Custom-made garments may require approximately 1.5 to 3 weeks.
Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched and varies depending on the destination.

Free worldwide shipping is available on orders over €230.

RETURNS
Standard-size, unaltered items may be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. Returned garments must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and have all original tags attached.
To initiate a return, email “RETURN” followed by your order number to:
Custom-made, individually sized or altered garments cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please contact us before sending a return, as the return address is different from our registered company address.

What a gorgeous, well made skirt! I ordered in burgundy and I'm super happy with it. I had put all of my instructions in the custombox during checkout and didn't hear back until I got the dispatch notification. I ordered on August 12 and received it on September 1st, just as per the custom order timelines listed. What I really loved was that the package included fabric samples of all of their colours! What stopped me from ordering more items in my first order was that I couldn't imagine what some of the colours looked like, but this will be amazing for future orders.
