All garments are carefully handmade and shipped from our atelier in Warsaw, Poland.

DELIVERY TIME

Most of our garments are ready to be dispatched within 2–10 business days.

If your piece is already in stock, we will usually ship it within 24 business hours. Otherwise, it is carefully cut and sewn after your order is placed, with made-to-order pieces usually ready within 4–10 business days.

If you need your dress for a specific date, please contact us after placing your order and let us know. Whenever possible, we will adjust our work to your important occasion.

Custom-made pieces (made to your individual measurements or with requested changes such as colour or length) take approximately 1.5–3 weeks.

DELIVERY COSTS & TIME

Every courier parcel comes with a tracking number. Shipping costs to countries not listed will be added at checkout and will vary depending on the destination.

Australia: no customs charges on orders up to AUD 1,000 (about €620). Above that, import duty (usually 5% on clothing), 10% GST and clearance fees are paid on delivery – about AUD 300 on a €700 order.
New Zealand: no customs charges on orders up to NZD 1,000 (about €500). Above that, 15% GST, any import duty and clearance fees are paid on delivery.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS

For destinations outside the EU, United States and United Kingdom, we currently do not offer DDP shipping. Import duties, customs fees and local taxes may therefore be charged by your local customs authority or courier upon arrival. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUSED OR UNCOLLECTED PARCELS

If a parcel is refused or not collected and returned to BEDRA VINTAGE, any return shipping costs, customs charges or carrier fees incurred as a result may be deducted from the refund.
