Shipping & Delivery

All garments are carefully handmade and shipped from our atelier in Warsaw, Poland.

DELIVERY TIME

Most of our garments are ready to be dispatched within 2–10 business days.

If your piece is already in stock, we will usually ship it within 24 business hours. Otherwise, it is carefully cut and sewn after your order is placed, with made-to-order pieces usually ready within 4–10 business days.

Making many of our garments to order helps a small brand like BEDRA produce only what is truly needed, reducing overproduction and unnecessary waste. It may sometimes mean waiting a little longer, but your piece is made especially for you with care and attention in our atelier in Poland.

If you need your dress for a specific date, please contact us after placing your order and let us know. Each order is handmade especially for you, and whenever possible, we will adjust our work to your important occasion.

CUSTOM-MADE

If you requested a custom-made product – created according to your individual measurements or with requested customizations such as colour or length – please allow approximately 1.5–3 weeks for us to make it especially for you.

DELIVERY COSTS & TIME

Every courier parcel comes with a tracking number. Shipping costs to countries not listed will be added at checkout and will vary depending on the destination.

EUROPEAN COUNTRIES

UNITED KINGDOM – DUTIES INCLUDED

Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Applicable import duties and customs charges are paid in advance by BEDRA VINTAGE, so there are no unexpected customs fees when your parcel arrives.

USA – DUTIES INCLUDED

All orders to the United States are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import duties and tariffs are already included in the product prices shown on our website, so you will not be asked to pay additional customs charges upon delivery.

CANADA / AUSTRALIA / NEW ZEALAND

SWITZERLAND / NORWAY

OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS

For destinations outside the EU, United States and United Kingdom, we currently do not offer DDP shipping.

Import duties, customs fees and local taxes may therefore be charged by your local customs authority or courier upon arrival. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are gradually expanding DDP shipping to additional countries.

REFUSED OR UNCOLLECTED PARCELS

If a parcel is refused or not collected and returned to BEDRA VINTAGE, any return shipping costs, customs charges or carrier fees incurred as a result may be deducted from the refund.
