Shipping & Delivery

All garments are carefully handmade and shipped from our atelier in Warsaw, Poland.

DELIVERY TIME:

Most of our garments are ready to be dispatched within 2–10 business days.

If your piece is already in stock, we will usually ship it within 24 business hours. Otherwise, it is carefully cut and sewn after your order is placed, with made-to-order pieces usually ready within 4–10 business days.

Making many of our garments to order helps a small brand like BEDRA produce only what is truly needed, reducing overproduction and unnecessary waste. It may sometimes mean waiting a little longer, but your piece is made especially for you with care and attention in our atelier in Poland.

If you need your dress for a specific date, please contact us after placing your order and let us know. Each order is handmade especially for you, and whenever possible, we will adjust our work to your important occasion.

CUSTOM-MADE

If you requested a custom-made product, that is created according to your individual measurements or requested customizations like color and lenght. Please allow approximately 1,5-3 weeks for us to make it especially for you.

Important Notice for US Customers

Due to new US regulations effective August 29, 2025, the previous duty-free threshold (known as de minimis) for packages under $800 has been eliminated. This means that all shipments to the US may now be subject to additional customs duties and inspections, even for low-value goods. Postal services in many countries — including Poland — have temporarily suspended standard postal parcel deliveries to the US.

Please note if your destination is outside the UE:

• Customs duties and taxes cannot be determined or guaranteed by us - they are assessed by the customs authorities in your country and depend on the product type. Please monitor updates from your local authorities and state regulations.

• Delivery times may vary depending on UPS processing customs clearance.

We hope that postal shipping options - including free postal delivery- will become available again in the near future. Thank you for your patience and continued support.

Import duties and taxes aren’t included in the item price or shipping cost. You’ll be responsible for covering these charges, which will be collected by the shipping provider.

If you choose to refuse a shipment from Bedra Vintage, you will be responsible for both the original and return shipping fees, which will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping is carried out as follows: within the European Union by DPD courier company, outside the EU by Poczta Polska, and for express shipping by FedEx.
