MADE TO ORDER

Made-to-order is at the heart of BEDRA. Instead of mass-producing our garments, we carefully cut and sew each piece after your order is placed, especially for you in your selected standard size. This allows us to give every garment the time, attention and craftsmanship it deserves. It is usually ready to be dispatched within 4-10 business days.

CUSTOM-MADE

This piece is created according to your individual measurements or requested customizations like color and lenght. Please allow approximately 1,5-3 weeks for us to make it especially for you.

All garments are carefully handmade and shipped from our atelier in Poland.


If you need your dress for a specific date, please contact us after placing your order and let us know. Each order is handmade especially for you, and whenever possible, we will adjust our work to your important occasion.

Important Notice for US Customers

Due to new US regulations effective August 29, 2025, the previous duty-free threshold (known as de minimis) for packages under $800 has been eliminated. This means that all shipments to the US may now be subject to additional customs duties and inspections, even for low-value goods. Postal services in many countries — including Poland — have temporarily suspended standard postal parcel deliveries to the US.

Please note if your destination is outside the UE:

• Customs duties and taxes cannot be determined or guaranteed by us - they are assessed by the customs authorities in your country and depend on the product type. Please monitor updates from your local authorities and state regulations.

• Delivery times may vary depending on UPS processing customs clearance.

Import duties and taxes aren’t included in the item price or shipping cost. You’ll be responsible for covering these charges, which will be collected by the shipping provider.

If you choose to refuse a shipment from Bedra Vintage, you will be responsible for both the original and return shipping fees, which will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping is carried out as follows: within the European Union by DPD courier company, outside the EU by Poczta Polska, and for express shipping by FedEx.
