BEDRA VINTAGE ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Respect for Consumer Rights
The Bedra Vintage Online Store, operated by BEDDRA sp. z o.o., NIP: 5253051415, REGON: 542069822, KRS: 0001180468, with its registered office at Twarda 18, 00-105 Warsaw, Poland, is committed to upholding consumer rights as outlined by the Consumer Rights Act. Consumers cannot waive their rights granted by this Act, and any contract provisions deviating from these rights will be considered void and substituted by the Act’s provisions. This Terms and Conditions document is not intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights provided by applicable law. Any ambiguities in these Terms will be resolved in favor of the consumer. If these Terms are found to be inconsistent with the law, the relevant legal provisions will prevail.

2. Introduction
The Bedra Vintage Online Store is operated by BEDDRA sp. z o.o., NIP: 5253051415, REGON: 542069822, KRS: 0001180468, with its registered office at Twarda 18, 00-105 Warsaw, Poland. “Bedra Vintage” refers to BEDDRA sp. z o.o. These Terms govern the conditions of sale of items through the Bedra Vintage Store, as well as the conditions for providing gratuitous online services via bedravintage.com.

3. Definitions

• Business Days – Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Consumer – A natural person conducting a legal transaction not directly related to their business or professional activity.

• Contract of Sale – A remote sales agreement concluded electronically between the Customer and Bedra Vintage.

• Customer – Any entity with which Bedra Vintage may enter into a Contract of Sale or provide online services.

• Customer Account – A feature accessible on the Bedra Vintage Store Website after Customer registration.

• Delivery – The transfer of ordered goods to the Customer by Bedra Vintage via the Supplier.

• Digital Content – Data created and provided in digital format.

• Durable Medium – A device enabling the Customer to store information addressed to them for future reference, in an unchanged format, for an adequate period.

• Entrepreneur – A natural person, legal entity, or organizational entity without corporate status, conducting business or professional activity independently.

• Item – A product offered by Bedra Vintage on the Bedra Vintage Store Website.

4. Account Registration and Creation
Registration is required for full functionality of the Bedra Vintage Store. It requires completing the registration form provided on the Store’s website, acknowledging the Terms and Privacy Policy, and submitting the form to Bedra Vintage. Upon submission, the Customer will receive a registration confirmation via email, granting access to their Customer Account.

5. Data Processing and Privacy Policy
BEDDRA sp. z o.o., NIP: 5253051415, REGON: 542069822, KRS: 0001180468, the operator of Bedra Vintage, acts as the data controller in accordance with Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

5.1 Scope of Data and Processing Purposes
Personal data (e.g., name, email, address) is collected to process orders, create Customer Accounts, facilitate product delivery, and handle complaints. Data may also be processed for marketing purposes with the Customer’s explicit consent.

5.2 Legal Basis for Data Processing
Data processing is based on:

• Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR (for Contract of Sale fulfillment),

• Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR (with explicit consent for marketing activities), and

• Article 6(1)(c) of GDPR (to fulfill legal obligations).

5.3 Customer Data Rights
Customers have the right to:

• Access their personal data,

• Rectify incorrect data,

• Erase data (the “right to be forgotten”),

• Restrict data processing,

• Object to data processing,

• Data portability,

• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time if based on consent.

5.4 Security Measures
Bedra Vintage employs technical and organizational measures to protect processed data against unauthorized access or alteration.

6. Placing Orders
Customers may place orders on the Bedra Vintage Online Store 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Prices displayed on the website include VAT but exclude delivery costs or customs fees, where applicable.

7. Payment and Delivery
Customers can pay via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, or Stripe. For bank transfers, order processing commences once the payment is credited to the Bedra Vintage account. Delivery charges are calculated based on the address provided at registration.

8. Complaints and Returns
Complaints regarding products or Contract of Sale performance may be submitted in writing to Bedra Vintage’s address or by email. Bedra Vintage will respond to complaints within 14 business days. Consumers who have concluded a Contract of Sale have the right to withdraw from it within 14 days without providing a reason, effective from the date the Item is received.

9. ODR Platform
Consumers may utilize the European Union Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform as provided in Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Bedra Vintage agrees to participate in out-of-court resolution for disputes with consumers.

10. Amendments to Terms
Any amendments to the Terms will be announced on the Bedra Vintage homepage and sent via email to registered Customers at least seven days before taking effect. Customers may reject the amended Terms, resulting in the termination of their online service agreement.

11. Final Provisions
The Terms enter into force upon publication on the Store’s website, replacing any prior terms and conditions.
