Exchange your size

Ordered the wrong size? It happens – and it's easy to fix. Here is how an exchange works:

1. Write to me within 14 days of delivery. Tap the button below or email help@bedravintage.com with your order number and the size you'd like.
2. I'll confirm your exchange and send you the return address, usually within 1 business day.
3. Send the piece back unworn and with its labels, using a tracked service (the return postage is on you), and reply with a photo of your proof of postage.
4. Your new size is on its way as soon as I have your proof of postage – shipping of the new size is on us (one free exchange per order). Made-to-order pieces are sewn for you in 4–10 business days.

Request an exchange

You can also do it in your account: open the order, click Request return, choose Too small or Too big and write the size you'd like in the comment.

Custom-made pieces (made to your measurements or altered at your request) cannot be exchanged.
