Fabric & care

This garment is made of 100% linen.

THE FABRIC

We sew our linen pieces from premium European linen, 200 g/m² – a versatile medium weight. The fabric is softened in several mechanical stages, so it is soft and pleasant against the skin from the very first wear: substantial yet light, and very breathable. The colours are deep and rich.

Exceptions: the Florence dress is made of a lighter 145 g/m² linen, and the Willow blouse of a fine 120 g/m² linen.

LINEN CARE

Wash at 30°C on a gentle or delicate cycle.
Use a mild detergent suitable for delicate fabrics.
Wash separately during the first two washes to protect the colour.
Do not bleach.
Use a gentle spin cycle and remove the garment promptly after washing.
Reshape while damp and allow to air dry away from direct sunlight.
Do not tumble dry, as heat may cause the linen to shrink.
For the best result, iron the garment inside out while it is still slightly damp.

This skirt is made from non-stretch fabric, but the elasticated back waistband gently adapts to natural changes in your waist throughout the day. Choose the size range in the chart that matches your waist measurement at the time of measuring. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size.
