Made-to-order products are shipped within 3 to 7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time your order is placed. These items are not pre-produced or stocked, but crafted specifically for you once your order is confirmed.

For custom-made products, the processing time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks.

This approach helps small brands like ours better understand customer interest and manage demand, reducing unnecessary production and waste. While preordering with us may mean a slightly longer wait, it ensures you receive a one-of-a-kind piece, thoughtfully and lovingly created just for you.

Returns can be made within 14 days. Return policy.

Shipping within the EU and worldwide is free for orders of 99€ and above.
