Fabric & care
This garment is made of 100% linen.
THE FABRIC
We sew our linen pieces from premium European linen, 200 g/m² – a versatile medium weight. The fabric is softened in several mechanical stages, so it is soft and pleasant against the skin from the very first wear: substantial yet light, and very breathable. The colours are deep and rich.
Exceptions: the Florence dress is made of a lighter 145 g/m² linen, and the Willow blouse of a fine 120 g/m² linen.
LINEN CARE
- Wash at 30°C on a gentle or delicate cycle.
- Use a mild detergent suitable for delicate fabrics.
- Wash separately during the first two washes to protect the colour.
- Do not bleach.
- Use a gentle spin cycle and remove the garment promptly after washing.
- Reshape while damp and allow to air dry away from direct sunlight.
- Do not tumble dry, as heat may cause the linen to shrink.
- For the best result, iron the garment inside out while it is still slightly damp.
