I have always loved art, history and the beauty of things from another time.
I grew up with Harry Potter and fell in love with The Lord of the Rings and the voice of Florence Welch. And then there were the old films, Audrey Hepburn in Roman Holiday and Fellini's La Dolce Vita, where elegance felt effortless and a little magical.
After art school, I went looking for clothes that felt like that world. Romantic. Timeless. Made with care. I couldn't find them.
So I began to make them myself.

Some dreams take years to become a life.
For many years, Italy lived only in my imagination: cypress roads, old stone houses, golden evenings and that quiet, timeless dolce vita elegance.
The road was long, and nothing happened overnight. There were years when it was only a dream. I kept dreaming anyway.
In 2020, I finally decided. That autumn I moved to Tuscany, into a tiny, thousand-year-old stone house belonging to professors of art history. It was never meant for living all year round, and in winter it was cold.
But waking up there for the first time was something truly beautiful.
Tuscany became the landscape of my story, and every BEDRA piece carries a little of that dream.

What I couldn't find, I began to create.
Every design begins with a feeling that something beautiful is missing: a silhouette I can't stop imagining, a sleeve, a neckline, a small detail. BEDRA is how I bring them to life.
My very first design was the Andalusia dress in dark brown. I travelled to the Andalusian coast just to photograph it there. Today it is still one of our most loved pieces.
Beauty lives in the smallest details.
From the texture of the fabric to the finish of each seam, I believe the smallest details deserve attention.
