Exchange&Returns

Product is faulty:

We’ve got one obsession; we want to deliver a perfect dress to you. However, if it is faulty, don’t hesitate and contact us straight away: bedra.vintage.help@gmail.com We will do our best to help you.

Don’t forget to attach photos of the faulty part(s).

** Please note that the resolution and settings of the monitor may affect the display of the item, the accuracy of the colors can not be guaranteed. **

 

COMPLAINTS

In case of what’s been stated above, you are entitled to contact us of any complaint you may have.

Be advised that as per the European Union Regulation 524/2013 on online dispute resolution, which is applied to the out-of-court resolution of disputes initiated by consumers, you can use this online ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr in such cases.

 

EXCHANGES

Currently, it is not possible to make the exchange. Please place a separate order or contact us to find a resolution :) bedra.vintage.help@gmail.com

 

RETURNS

You have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to return your purchase.

* Remember that the only thing you have to do is to send us a declaration of withdrawal from the purchase contract and the package with the dress/blouse etc back to us. Send the return form by e-mail and deliver the package to the courier within 14 days so that we can accept your return. 

The 14-day period is counted from the date on which the courier company recorded that the package was collected by the customer, unless you inform us about an exceptional situation no longer than within 48 h from the date of collecting the package. 

The exceptional situation is e.g that your mom, boyfriend or friend picked up the package because you were not at home but please let us know. We understand how it is with all those parcels and couriers and busy life, but we will not be able to accept a return if the time specified in the regulations expires. :) 

Important: address used for returns and complains is different from our company registered address. Contact us before return to be sure you have the right address! Write to us: bedra.vintage.help@gmail.com

Return shipments sent to the company's address / incorrect address could not be considered and the purchaser will be charged all additional fees.

The purchaser is responsible for postage of the return, so we do not accept returns with a fee for the shipment transferred to the recipient. We can only accept returns posted to the following returns and complaints address. Deliveries via the Post Office may take a bit longer.

 

IMPORTANT! Regarding returning your purchase:

To be refund: the dress must be unworn and in its original packaging (with no damage to the box unless it has been damaged by the courier). All elements such as paper label tag, additional button can't be detach. Seal on paper tags can’t be tampered with or removed. 

Return form must be signed with your full name and signature.

Time of considering complaints/returns:

You will receive an email letting you know when the refund has been made. Please allow 14 working days for our studio to process your return.

Refunds are made using the same payment methods as a purchase unless advised otherwise. If you have paid by card, refund will be processed crediting the same card.

****Custom-made products are not refundable.****

In accordance with the Terms and Conditions: The right to withdraw from a contract concluded off-premises or remotely is not entitled to the Consumer in respect of contracts: in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy individual needs. 

Which in this case means, for example: sewing the dress to the customer's individual size, changing the length of the dress, changing the appearance of the dress, changing the appearance of dress elements. e.t.c
