When will it arrive?

Most of our pieces are cut and sewn after you order. It takes a little longer – but your piece is made especially for you.

For Australia, New Zealand and Norway: enter your order value to see roughly what you may pay on delivery.

Estimate only, not a quote. Import charges are set and collected by the destination country’s customs and the courier – not by BEDRA – and are paid by the recipient on delivery. Based on rates, thresholds and exchange rates as of 4 Nov 2026; the final amount may differ. Import charges are not refunded automatically if you return your order.

Changed your mind? Easy.

Request a return

    Request it

    Log in with the e-mail from your order – we send a one-time code, no password. Open the order and click “Request return”.

    Get our e-mail

    We confirm your request and send you the return address, usually within 1 business day.

    Send it back

    Within 14 days of your request. Put a note with your order number inside – nothing to print.

    Get your refund

    Within 14 days of your request, to the same payment method – once the parcel reaches us or you send proof of postage.

Prefer e-mail? Write “RETURN” + your order number to help@bedravintage.com – it works just as well.

Exchanges

Need another size or a different piece? Request a return and add the size you would like in the comment – or e-mail “EXCHANGE” + your order number. Your first exchange in each order is on us – we cover the shipping of the new size.

Made to your measurements

Custom-made pieces – your measurements, or a length or colour you asked for – cannot be returned or exchanged. Your rights for faulty items stay the same.

Something is not right?

Write to us with your order number and a short description. We reply within 14 days and cover the cost of returning a faulty item. Our liability lasts 2 years from delivery.

Who pays for sending a return?

The cost of sending the parcel back is yours. We refund the price of the item and the original standard delivery cost, to the same payment method.

Can I try it on?

Of course – try it on as you would in a shop. Please do not wear, wash it or remove the labels.

What about duties on a return?

For the USA and the UK we pay the duties for you. For other countries outside the EU, duties charged by your customs office are not collected by us and we cannot refund them.

Model withdrawal form

You do not have to use it – your account or an e-mail is enough. The form is at the end of our Terms and Conditions.
