Our story
I design the clothes I could never find.
I’m Camilla Bedra – the designer and the face of BEDRA. I finished art school, and I have always been fascinated by art, history and old clothing. I began designing because the clothes I imagined simply did not exist.
A dream of Italy
For a long time I dreamed of living in Italy. In 2020 I finally moved – into a tiny, thousand-year-old stone house in Tuscany, owned by two professors of art history. It was cold in winter, but it was something beautiful.

The first dress
My very first design was the Andalusia dress in dark brown linen. I photographed it on the Andalusian coast – and it is still one of our most loved pieces.

Every design starts as my sketch. A first sample – a prototype – is then sewn in our atelier; I try it on, correct the fit and the details, and only when it is right does it become part of the collection.
Today I design in Tuscany, and every piece is cut and sewn in our small atelier in Poland – most of them only after you order, in your size or to your own measurements.

What inspires me
Italian elegance – with a little magic in the background.
How a piece is made
From my sketch to your door.

A sketch
A design begins as a sketch I draw by hand – sometimes it even travels to you in the parcel.

Natural fabric
Linen, wool and silk are the fabrics we sew with most.

Sewn for you
Cut and sewn in our atelier in Poland after you order – ready in 4–10 business days.
Wrapped by hand
Packed in tissue paper with a satin ribbon, together with care advice.
Designer & painter
“Designing fashion is my art. After hours of designing, I become a painter.”
Even our label is a painting: I painted it by hand, and it is printed and sewn into every BEDRA piece.

Come to Tuscany with me.
Olive groves, cypress roads and golden evenings – I share them on Instagram. Or find the piece that feels like yours.
