Birthday Giveaway - Official Rules:
§1. General Provisions
1. The organizer of the contest "Birthday Giveaway" (hereinafter: "Contest") is Kamila Rykowska, operating under the business name DESIGNI Kamila Rykowska, with a registered office in Warsaw , Twarda 18, zip code 00-105, NIP: 5252707457 (hereinafter: "Organizer").
2. The Contest is conducted via the Bedra Vintage broadcast channel on Instagram (@camilla.bedra).
3. The Contest is not affiliated with, sponsored, or administered by Instagram in any way.
4. The Rules are available at www.bedravintage.com. A link will be shared in the Instagram broadcast channel bio.
§2. Contest Duration
1. The Contest begins on June 12, 2025, and ends at 00:01 on June 22, 2025.
2. Winners will be announced on June 22, 2025, via the Bedra Vintage broadcast channel.
§3. Participation Requirements
1. The Contest is open to any natural person who:
a) is of legal age,
b) has an active Instagram account,
c) resides in the European Union.
2. To enter the Contest, a participant must:
1) Invite 3 sisters to join the Bedra Vintage broadcast channel (make sure to document your invitations),
2) Comment on posts and reels on my Instagram @bedravintage and also on @camilla.bedra,
3) Be actively engaged throughout the Contest period.
§4. Winner Selection
1. The Organizer will personally select 3 participants whose comments are heartfelt, sincere, and meaningful.
2. The selection is subjective and based on content quality and participant engagement.
3. Each winner will receive one Bedra Vintage dress as a gift.

4. Winners will be publicly announced on June 22, 2025.
§5. Prizes
1. The prizes are material gifts: dresses from the Bedra Vintage collection https://bedravintage.com/collections/birthday-giveaway
2. Each prize will not exceed the value of 2,000 PLN (approximately 460 EUR), which exempts it from income
tax according to Polish law (Article 21, paragraph 1, point 68 of the PIT Act).
3. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
4. Shipping costs within the EU are covered by the Organizer.

§6. Personal Data
1. Personal data of participants will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the
European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), solely for the purpose of conducting the Contest.
2. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR - processing necessary for the
performance of a contract (i.e., participation in the Contest).
3. The Organizer is the data controller.
4. Participants have the right to access, rectify, delete, or limit the processing of their data, as well as the right
to data portability and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

§7. Complaints
1. Complaints may be submitted to [email address] within 7 days of the winner announcement.

1. Any matters not covered by these Rules will be decided by the Organizer.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules without violating acquired participant rights.
